A consultation will allow us to assess your individual needs and preferences. This does not bind you to our services. Recommendations will then be made followed by a proposal and a suggested budget. On acceptance, we will work closely to plan and co-ordinate your special day.
Every bridal couple is assigned a wedding coordinator to ensure that all details are handled by one professional. Our continuous liaison with the venue and all the other suppliers guarantees peace of mind to the bridal couple. We provide mock-ups of the floral décor. We could arrange sample tastings of the menu and of the accompanying wines.
We will arrange everything from stationary, photographers, caterers, make up artists and hair stylist, transport, entertainment and music, flower décor and other décor.
On your big day, we will personally be present to oversee every detail of the final arrangements of your wedding, and ensure perfection, harmony and an overall enjoyable experience for you, your family and guests.
Alternative Consulting Service
Should certain budget restraints apply to your wedding, or if you simply wish to draw on our joint pool of knowledge and expertise, a once-off consultation can be booked with us.
During a face-to-face meeting, we shall cover all aspects of your wedding and share our vast knowledge and ideas. Upon request, we will put you in touch with the best service providers in the industry. The result: you walk out feeling excited, organized and well on your way to a great celebration.
The following charges apply for a consultation lasting approximately an hour and a half. This fee will be deducted off your final invoice, should you book The Event & Wedding Girls Team to coordinate your wedding.
Consultation with Ina-Mari Ferreira (Founder and Managing Director) – R500 per session
Décor and Flowers
Should you wish to only book us for décor and flowers, no consultation fee will be charged.
We will then meet up with you to discuss your ideas and requirements and will also do a mock up table closer to your wedding date to ensure that everything is perfect and according to your taste.
Year end parties
We will organize a spectacular year end function to suit your company’s needs and budgets. We can arrange everything from the caterers, venue sourcing, all décor, entertainment, décor and flowers.
We will also be present on the day to make sure everything runs to perfection in order to make the experience enjoyable for your staff.
